Pt.Baroba is a progressive furniture company, specializing in affordable high quality teak and aluminum products. Our range covers items suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

Baroba bases its company and manufacturing principals, on making sure, that the health and safety of all employees is of primary concern; a happy workforce produces a good product. The teak is obtained through sustainable, government approved sources, and that other associated products are of the best quality.

The Baroba factories extend to 8000m2 and are located in Jepara, the furniture capital of central Java, Indonesia; which gives the company access to a highly skilled workforce. We have a fully equipped workshop with 78 woodworking machines and 12 welding units. With our baking ovens and spray booths, we are able to implement a full powder coating system for the aluminum.

The president director, Mr.Basri, who was born and raised in Jepara, has spent many years in Europe and New Zealand, obtaining a formal education and invaluable work experience, the latter manifests itself with his approach to production, and since 1996 Mr.Basri has been upgrading the factories to Western standards.

Pt.Baroba only use kiln dried A grade teak, together with aluminum, synthetic rattan and high grade hardware; this combined with strict and rigid quality control personnel, being involved with every step of production, insure this motivated company produce and deliver excellent furniture.

As well as our own teak production items, we are flexible with a variety of other woods, new designs, or commissions and are happy to prepare quotations, based on a minimum of a one container order. If you would to visit us, we are 1 hour by plane from Jakarta, then 1 1/2 hour car journey to the factory. We would be happy to make hotel reservations, and arrange collection from the airport.
